181806 Wordpress Config/Plugin? EASY

Go to [login to view URL] I would like to have the feature of the 'Featured Posts' where there is a image which is used in the actual article but there is a thumbnail in the sidebar with optional text I can input. If clicked it will do to the post. Same with the Categories. Teach me / configure the same thing as [login to view URL] for the 'Featured Categories' in the sidebar. Teach me/configure the related posts plugin so it will add the article image thumbnail as well. 1) You must have same functionality as [login to view URL] for the 'Featured Posts', 'Featured Categories', and 'Related Posts' i) Featured Posts must be in the sidebar, with thumbnail (same size as [login to view URL]) and I should be able to add some intro text in a text field when I am posting a new post. I do not know if there is a ready made plugin for this but it should be something like this where I input the text in a text field for the intro text below the thumbnail image. The thumbnail image will be autogenerated from my FIRST article image. Must keep aspect ratio, but a crop of the image or something so it is square and not distorted. ii) Same thing for the 'Featured Categories' in terms of thumbnail. I should be able to assign it somewhere in the Wordpress panel. Maybe there is already a ready made plugin that may need modification. I don't care. So long as it is done good and solid with no errors. iii) Related posts will use 'Related Posts 2.04' Plugin. (Google for it). But changed for the thumbnail which will be generated from FIRST article image in the post. Will use the same intro text field as (i) I don't care how it is done so long as the intro text field, and the autothumbnail generation from FIRST article image in the post is done. If you are in need to design a entire new plugin for it, go ahead. I am willing to pay up to $150 for this to be done correctly. I don't care what you need to do, just tell me what you propose to do. If you're going to use existing plugins and modify template files, tell me! I don't care so long as it's working good!
