365966 development of ONE php page

I need ONE web page developed out of a Complete design in psd Page should be a .php page I need the developed page to follow these specs: ƒï Please develop page with Banner background images rotating using javascript. The different banner iamges are in the layers of the psd called banner image 1, banner image 2 etc...(there are 9) Please develop the page so that those banner images can be changed by me (I use dreamweaver) ƒï Banner icons-individual gif images for each one / editable text links with css for links below each icon ƒï Banner address, as editable text, with nice css style ƒï Logo, as gif ƒï Banner ¡§Member log in¡§ editable text with css for link style (nice rollover) ƒï Banner ad at top center, make that changeable ƒï Right side navigation, make rollover effects on each link function as displayed with home link (with fake link for now # for each) ƒï Make footer text editable ƒï Make icons at footer individual images (so we can change them later if needed) ƒï Create css and format (filler text ok) filler text for center main content area ƒï Please make H1 style, main body style, links styles based on design ƒï Grnbar news on left, make scrollable fixed height ALL elements on page should be individual changeable elememnts, I dont want entire senctions as gifs or jpgs, I want this developed properly I want the page to be in tables, NOT full css, I want the css to be for text and links only please see miltiplpe screen shots of design ---for example of how banner images will change---
