Seeking developer to help create a webcam referral and billing site similar to [login to view URL], but with some differences. This is not a cam site per se but a site to handle the time billing and management of web cam models who use cam software like Yahoo and ISPQ. Main requirements: Signup, log on and billing for clients (probably use CCbill to handle the credit card processing). Signup, log on, profile update and photo upload for models. Interactive reporting to client and model to show time used. Will interface with existing accounting system (PHP and MySQL) already in use.
