Affiliate Program Need immediately

We need this done ASAP! Need an affiliate program where an affiliate can be added by the owner of the site. When the affiliate is added, the referral link is provided which the affiliate should use. When a visitor comes to the site via a referral link, the visit should be logged. If the visitor makes a sale, that too should be logged. The affiliate should be able to see the ratio of sales:clicks. Thats pretty much it. NEEDED within 24-48 hours!
