ASP.net (VB.net) Paypal Integration with Shopping Cart

I need code which will help me integrate the shopping cart I have already designed with the Paypal IPN. Must be in ASP.net 2.0 or 3.5 using VB.net, NOT C#. ## Deliverables I have a custom designed ASP.net 3.5 shopping cart (VB.net). What I need is a page where I can pass a datatable too that will build the paypal payment button which will pass all information from the shopping cart to paypal. I also need a page which will work with the paypal IPN so that I can verify when payment is recieved and update a boolean in the DB to mark that order as paid. The program should have many comments throughout explaining exactly where to input variables etc... I would like someone to help me with this that is available online very often (Through IM or RAC) so that they can help guide me through implementation of the software they design.
