Convert VB6 to ASP.net

We have a project that is all in VB6 - there are 26 forms - 7 classes - 6 modules - it uses ADO for connectivity to a SQL database. We want this to be re-written to use [login to view URL] and ASP.net. A copy of all the code and database in SQL will be provided and the testing criteria will be to try the functions in the VB6 product and compare to the ASP.net product. Replacement of the basics functions of the classes is acceptable rather than rewriting what is there. All bids will be subject to looking at the code and this is not provided at this stage. It will be provided at a later to a short list of bidders. Successful bidder will be given area on my site to load and test the code with me. All provided code must be internally documented and heaviliy documented at that. I expect to see comments for every function and parts of functions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
