Requirements: -Strong Actionscrtip -Strong PHP & MYSQL programming and database design -You will have to communicate full time through msn during the project -You must be fast working -You must show portfolio with complex aplications/websites with flash and databases from scratch no from flash tutorials like Guestbooks, forums etc. -If we are interested in you you should have to be able to make a test to prove your skills in a very short time frame (hours) -You will be able to start working inmediatly after select you.
