New Banner/Header needed for my website!

Hello, I need a new banner/header and unique homepage toolbar for my website. My website is [login to view URL] - please browse the site and get the feel and look of the site. Basically, I want to change the top header/portion of the site, which includes the Banner/Logo along with the Toolbar.
