Auto Bidder for Fifa 13

I am after a tool that allows auto bidding for Fifa 13 PS3 version. The tool should allow me to enter my log in details, log in to the FIFA 13 web application and then place ongoing bids for certain cards up to a maximum Buy Now price. These bids should be placed automatically upon find a card that meets the criteria at the Buy Now price. This needs to be refreshed constantly and bids able to be placed in the first few seconds after a card is listed. I want to have the capacity for it to be searching for cards based on many different criteria at the same time. The software will need to be able to purchase players, staff and consumables. The software will then have to automatically relist the item for sale at a certain price. If it could also be set to bid on auctions as well, it would be a bonus, but not requested.
