Cd/Dvd burning software

I need a Clone of a Audio, Video, CD and DVD Burning Software package called Nero 6 Ultra Edition. Please go to [[login to view URL]][1] and download the trail version. You GUI should be original and not look anything like theirs. The GUI should also be User Friendly. The features of the software should are: Ability to Rip Audio Tracks from CDs. Can Burn CDs, Video and DVDs If DVD is Copy-Proctected, then the software must let the user know the DVD **_CAN NOT_** be copied because of the DMCA. If the DVD is not copy proctected, then it should make a perfect copy of the DVD Movie. User should have the ability to select if they would like a DVD copied to another DVD or multiple CDs. Finished or Burned DVD should be able to be Playbacked by the software and any stand alone DVD Player. Should have the Ability to also Back-Up data files from Hard Drive to CD or DVD. Final product should have ability to Play Audio CDs and DVDs as well and any other media formats from the Hard Drive. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
