convert some cfm forms tophp

We require a developer to convert 2/3 forms on a clients website from coldfusion CFM into PHP. [xoops cms - although this can just be a call to the php script] The current system uses CFM / MSSQL and we want to convert this to PHP / Mysql. The added complication is that the forms link to protx payment gateway. This amendment must ensure the continuation of the e-commerce sales from the website. there is also a small change to make to the main CFM system to interact with the new Mysql Db on the website instead of the MSSQL Db. There will be follow on work to convert the entire CFM system to PHP please pmb for more details.
