Drupal Website

Real Estate site but not for the general public. I want a site that I can use to present investment prospects to my many clients. I need input forms which is the easy part and in fact I could create that myself. Where I need lots of help is in the presenting of the data. For any given investment prospect (mostly homes), I have the need to display or present the data and in many different formats (brief in some case, lots of detail in others); and based on the client, I would like to be able to control things such as if they can see the address of the property. I am also interested in using tokens to personalize a presentation based on the user that is viewing it. Different presentations for different devices (cell, ipad) would be nice. I'm a real estate broker, contractor, restaurant owner, and more and I have many website needs beyond this one. I have a working knowledge of html, css, dreamweaver, Drupal, etc. and limited knowledge of database design, php, etc. The problem is it takes be weeks to do what you can do in hours and I just don't have the time. But I am looking for an expert, not someone that dabbles in Drupal. I need someone that really knows what they are doing and will be available for more projects. I hope my description is not too vague. I am a first time job poster here. Thank you, Jim
