234992 vbulletin / wordpress coding

I have a psd that needs coded into vbulletin and wordpress, the headers and footers are basically the same for both just the wordpress and forum content part is different. I need someone who is familiar with both wordpress and vbulletin and will need to see previous work with both. I choose to not list these projects seperate as i would like to use the same person for both.
