I have moved a drupal website to another server, which is communitcating with the new database, however its not displaying the css files. My assumption is the base url, needs to be modified. I would like this to display on this temporary IP, to verify al is working prior to repointing the domain. The provider needs to show me also where I can revert this from my at the time I will go live.
