Quick Ebay HTML template amendment

You just need to change some html so I have the file shown in the template.png. Please note: In the html file I must be able to: 1. Change the pictures ( 1 require 4 picture boxes) 2. Payment, shipping and contact must work. 3. I must be able to change the header image at the top. File must be able to be placed into ebay when I am listing my products. Budget for this is $20. I need to award this project in the next 2 hours and completed within 2 hours aswell. Thanks THEDOG
