MS Access Billing Database

Our programmer left us "mid-project" so we are left with a half-built multi-user MS Access 2000 application that needs to get finished ASAP. At this point in time we are NOT interested in bids (i.e., don't tell us how much you will charge to do this project) BUT we want you to review the specs (see attached PDF file) and let us know if you think you can handle this project. In addition, we would like to see some sample code (a BAS module; CLASS module, etc.). Once we have narrowed down the list, we will then invite a number of developers to bid on the project. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
