Customer Portal Site

We are looking for a customer portal for our conferencing website. Customers should be able to create a user account by completing an online form. We would like the user to have to validate their account via an email link. Our customers use our telephone, web and video conferencing services and in the first version of the site we want to enable customers to schedule telephone conferences online and send automated emails and or SMS text messages to their attendees. We would like users to have the ability to have their own address book in the portal. The emails and texts will need to have the conference information automatically included such as the dial-in numbers and conference code etc. In addition, we want to be able to upload customer specific information to the portal which can only be viewed by that user. This will mostly be PDFs of the customers invoices, account details etc. We want to be able to develop the functionaility of the site over time to include an interface with Microsoft Live Meeting and link into a payment service provider for subscription billing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We would prefer the program to be written in PHP and run on Lunix web server. The database should be MySQL
