Delphi PHP programmer

I Need a delphi/php programmer to help me finish a number of projects. Most projects relate to websites, and many include dephi. I currently employ 3 web designers and one delphi/php programmer full time in Bangalore, but have more work than the current programmer can do in the time available so I need someone to do projects he cannot do I need someone? to start work? asap.
