Web self-registration application

We need you to create a registration wizard through which companies can register themselves. The wizard must consist of two parts (but is made up of several pages). The wizard will be activated by pressing a menuitem on an existing website. The wizard should then popup in a new browser window. See attached excel for a mock up of every page. The solution must be w3c compliant. Data export functionality - Data entered on the page shall be encrypted - Data entered on the page shall be converted into a Microsoft excel format and automaticly mailed to a configurable e-mail address ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
