**Overview **- Develop 2 Free Play Casino games - No Download = Flash? - Normal casino rules - Games to be integrated with php & mysql - Integrated adserver - Professional quality 3D graphics (similar standard to a real download online casino) **Scope **This project is to - build two flash casino games that can be launched from a php page - interact with mysql to get user data (like username, bank etc) - save bank and other specific gameplay data to mysql tables for use by the rest of the site The rest of the site design, php, html pages, members areas etc will be built separately and do not form part of this project **Games **All games will be normal UKcasino rules (but not for real money) o Blackjack (double, split, insurance etc) o Roulette (Just one 0) Initially you are quoting for just **two games**, but if this is successful we would be keen to do many more **Graphical needs **- design graphics and animations for the games with suitable theme & branding (more guidance will be provided) - Quality of graphics & animations to be comporable to those of real money online casinos so 3D, animations of roulette wheel, cards, etc ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
