Close Application on Click

I will have this Quiz started (flash player not online) in full screen mode. When my mom answers the final question (question 15) I want to go to a screen that says "CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE A WINNER. CLICK HERE TO SEE YOUR PRIZE" then when she clicks anywhere on that screen the entire application will close. Showing her a website that I will have pre-loaded in the background. This should be easy for someone. I am working on a free sample I found online, but it only loops. Thank you to anyone who can do this for me.
