Flash Logo Enhancement

We have a logo that we would like to do a nice professional animation. There is one logo but two difference sizes. The final product must look and blend with the exsting design. You can go to <[login to view URL]> and right mouse click to get the Image size. The other is at <[login to view URL]> it will be the top portion. The animation we would like to see is the bubbles form where they are now and go up and pop slow but continuously and the logo look shiney and clean. You have full relm on how to do it, howver it MUST look professional above ALL else and it must look natural. Thanks same efffect can be done on the template page we will require the Pixel size of teh final SWF file to be the same as the image it is replacing. We will also require the FLA (Source Code) upon successful completion. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
