The chosen bidder, needs to create a full scaled but simple looking web-application. The application will allow people to create an account and then deposit Bitcoins on it, through a generated wallet address. Every User will have a new wallet generated. Which he can easily access trough the webpage. Via logging in. The user will also be able to transact Bitcoins either external (via a bitcoin address) or internal (via the signed-up username). All wallets will be stored on a central server, which the programer needs to provide the structure for and install it on a VPS of my choice. - The user also must have the ability to insight all already made transactions or all received. - Of course the user must also always see his actual balance. Wire-frames will be provided. After signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Hello, i can do what you need using php - mysql - javascript (ajax maybe). Can i ask what bitcoin address you want to use? (blockchain maybe?). if so i've already did a project involving they're API (can't show since i've signed an NDA) If interested elt me know, i can create a very simple sample for you to see how i work.
