Create Horizontal Ecommerce/Video/News Site. Design must be enhanced

Looking to create a full responsive ecommerce clothing store/media content site. Site design inspiration are: - [login to view URL] (horizontal layout/scrolling) - [login to view URL] (template with a similar horizontal style scrolling design) - [login to view URL] (elements like the fan page etc...) Site must be compatible on all screen size. Horizontal on desktop, vertical with 3 columns on smaller screen and one column vertical on mobile. Must have experience in flat design (modern look, css structure, clean and organized) Must be coded in pure quality html5/css3/jquery Must create a nice looking and friendly admin panel have a comment section be able to create articles/video content with same template as inner clothing pages Design is near complete, but could need a little help. Logo and color theme as been decided. I need cms/custom for video/news/content upload and ecommerce anything but wordpress. Please bid if you have confident in such a project. Please bid accordingly.
