Direct response type website, small project

Hi - I am look to have a simple website built. Users will be visiting site following direct mailings, emarketing, googleads etc. Initial age to be a 'landing page' with text and audio/video message and a form for capturing name and email address. Autoresponder to send out info product to customer and then follow up emails (pre-written) at set intervals after. An example of type of site is www.property-course.com. The emailed Info product will contain links back to website direct response page, single page scroll down type. Again audio/video clip on here and further more detailed from at bottom - approx 10 fields of data. Possible requirement for testimonial page and contact us. Important that initial landing page only allows user to fill in form to request info product - no links to other pages of site. If you require further information please don't hesitate to request.
