Automated Ecurrency Exchanger

After our first ''software engineer'' failed to finish the automated ecurrency exchange project, we are trying to find a good replacement! We have to start from scratch though, the only part that we have left is a mere site design. The basic element of the website is automation of multiple ecurrency payment methods.(instant payments) On top, obviously, there should be standard admin functions as billing, editing users, etc etc. The web page should be build in the most advance way possible. PHP is not necassery, if you have a better way to create the website --> we are always open to suggestions. What we require is a programmer that is/has: - Efficient with the projects time. - Skilled and knows what he is up to! (the website has to be extremely user-friendly) - Has (atleast) a moderate level of English. - Has some knowledge of SEO and Marketing, to have the website build in a search engine friendly way.
