Community Services Compnay Complete Web Solution

We are a local community service company and need our online presence. We will need a website for community and websites for departments. Furthermore, our social network presence (facebook, twitter, you tube) must be unified, and coordinated and integrated into the new website. In addition, we require a full internet-based ERP system. Using a secure internet portal, members would access their profiles, program registration, and facility bookings. A separate internal internet portal is required for staff to administer the daily operations and service the needs of the membership. We want to go live on September 1st, 2011 for the new website and ERP system. We are seeking a simple 2-page proposal that, at a minimum, contains the following elements: Cost Summary (Estimated Project and ongoing monthly costs), Timelines/Milestones and an intellectual property statement. The proposal will be used to create a short-list of vendors from which a more detailed proposal will be created, before seeking Board of Director approval for the vendor and the project. We anticipate seeking Board approval in mid May 2011.
