CONTACT FORM IN DRUPAL (webform or cck)

I have a reservation form mock-up that can be viewed at the link below, [Contact details removed by Admin] What i need is for a programmer that can add this new function to the reservation form. Instead of dropdown lists for the month/ day/ year. I would like that replaced with a textfield and a jquery popup calendar to select dates. The rest of the reservation bar should remain the same. So the layout will be [textfield for date] [calendar popup] [hours] [minutes] . You can view a direct example of what i am trying to achieve so that you will get a better picture. It is in the rates and reservation block of the website linked below [login to view URL] I built this form using the webform module for drupal. I am not oppose to using alternate mods, scripts in order to get this function to work. We could even scrap this one and build one with any suggested module. The current budget that i have for this project is only $20-$30
