Customize Report Templates in Community Quizzes Joomla! Component

I need to modify the Reports templates in the Community Quiz component ([login to view URL]) for Joomla! The specific templates that need to be modified: com_communityquiz/views/reports/tmpl/[login to view URL] com_communityquiz/views/reports/tmpl/[login to view URL] Please see attached files for original source code and the proposed outlines I've designed for both report templates. I need the two templates listed above (attached PHP files) modified to match the format and content of the 2 attached template outlines I've created (the 2 RTFs).
