fix custom slideshow

We created a custom slideshow where our client can log in an admin, add or delete slides, apply urls to the slides and then the slideshow on their website would be updated. We then used a php include to post the slideshow on their home page. We wanted to use a php include so we can post the slideshow anywhere we want on their web site. The issue is that some of the slides are shrinking in the slideshows. So if there were 6 slides, 2 of the slides would display really small. This happens randomly within the slideshow. it seems to affect most IE browsers and some firefox browsers. We would like the following 1. correct our current slideshow files 2. use a new slideshow generator that may correct the issue 3. rewrite the admin and slideshow completely It up to you how you want to fix this. What ever is easiest. I have attached all the slideshow files and admin files. ( please not there is no mysql database. We use a flat file database ) I have also attached 2 screen shots of a working slide and one where it is shrinking If you want to see a live version of the slideshow please let us know Thank you
