I need someone who can develop a clon of [login to view URL] The location points are generated by a gps unit outputing (LAT, LON,TIME,IMEA). The IMEA number is used to identify the gps unit. The above data will be past over to a static ip address into a mysql db from the gps unit over gsm. For development purposes, a sample "kml" file generated from the points will be provided. What is required from the programer is to develop a web-bases interface with similar capabilities like [login to view URL] using the kml files we shall provide.
