Need template created and installed on Joomla 1.5

Requirements Given HTML template and CSS, need the template turned into a joomla template installation package. The template HTML may need to be completed, as I think a few items were missed. You are free to change the css / template as long as it matches the psd file. The home page has a slightly different look than the rest of the site. To that extent, I will be using the template chooser in Joomla 1.5 to load a different template for the rest of the pages on the site. There are only a few minor changes between the 'main' page design and sub page design - a background color change, and some text color change - that's pretty much it. So once you complete the first deisgn into a joomla template package, the second one should just be a matter of changing some styles, and maybe some simple HTML work. To summarize: -I will provide you an html template / css / images already cut and 2 psd files (for reference or re-cutting images if necessary) -You will need to complete the HTML/CSS work (if necessary) -Then, insert the Joomla code into place to make the template work in Joomla -Package as a Joomla 1.5 template file -Create a second Joomla 1.5 template file for use on the sub pages.
