Opencart shopping cart Install and minor customize interface

Need help to do the following, if you are familiar with opencart, it's something simple and fast. 1. Install opencart shopping cart 2. Make the open cart shopping cart into 2 column, instead of three column 3. Change the default template blue color bar to other color we specific 4. Hide all the 4 Tab ( Login / Account / Basket / Checkout), instead move them to the top. 5. Extend the blue color Bar to full bar (instead of the current size) 6. Move the Shopping Cart to the Right 7. The front page will list with the following sequence : Welcome Featured Items Latest Products Best Sellers 8. Brand is listed down instead of drop down.
