PHP expert to tutor and assist me through out large project

IMMEDIATE START PAY $5/hour Paid at the end of each day Payment will be made via paypal (You must be verified) Hours worked are negotiable START DATE As soon as you're ready DESCRIPTION I'm currently working on an advanced community website/social network and need to bring an additional programmer on board to TUTOR me and speed up the building progress of the project. This is a permanent position and you can expect to be working with me for over a year. I'm not the best programmer but my thinking patterns and skills are amazing, I’m a real problem solver but I've realized bringing someone on board will speed up the whole site building process. I would like to select someone who will show me programming using raw PHP using MVC, OOP in ways which things will become clear to me. I will be working on typical social network features such as user profiles, privacy, accounts, messaging systems, forums, groups, friend lists and many other features and before we work each day we will set tasks to complete on that day by planning out the day and splitting tasks into sections. I must stress that you will need to have advanced knowledge of PHP, MVC, OOP, Javascript, Ajax, MySql, HTML, JSON. I need your brain power and experience. THINGS YOU NEED You must have Teamviewer, mikogo or some other software where we can view each others screens and also work remotely when need be. A fast internet connection is needed. You will need to have a common messenger such as GTalk, Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger although I prefer skype as we will be able to communicate on the phone when we need to. Decent spoken English is needed as we need to be able to understand each other. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Candidate needs to have advanced knowledge of PHP, OOP, MVC. There are plenty of jobs on this website so don’t stress over one you don’t agree with. If you do bid and win I can assure you I will look after you and treat you like a friend rather than a worker and rather than make you wait a month for payment or week you will be paid at the end of each day. Budget for this whole project is: $10,000 for programming side (no point in bidding 10,000 though), I pay hourly @ $5/hr this will increase depending on your performance as time goes on.
