jomres developer needed for customisation on my rental site

Hello, Jomres developer wanted to customise and configure my vacation rental website which runs on the Joomla content management system. My site looks similar to the jomres demo located here: [login to view URL] I want a number of different things to be customised on my site. I want extra fields to be added to the "Add your property" page (SRP only) page so that property managers can add this extra information when registering their property: The number of people the property sleeps. (example: This property sleeps 4 people) The amount of bedrooms this property has (example: this property has 2 bedrooms) The amount of bathrooms this property has (example: this property has 2 bathrooms) Square metres Pet friendly - yes/no Disabled access - yes/no I have already added the "Custom Property Fields" plugin so this should be easy to do. (The current layout of the page is similar to this one located here: [login to view URL] ) I would also like the availability calendar data added to another tab on this page too (above) - (should be very simple as each property already has a availability calendar, it just needs putting in another place) I would like my search results template customised so it looks different which would include the added field data from above ( i have already created a PSD of the template). It currently looks like this: [login to view URL] PLEASE see the included a PNG of the file. I would like an extra menu added to the absolute top of my pages which has the links: Owner Login, List Your Property, Traveler Login, Help. I have already created the menu for this, it just needs the position adding to the site template. I would also like my current "property features" to be split into 2 different sections: Property features & local amenities. I will provide the required data for this to populate the choices. And lastly i would like the ajax_search_composite module template customising so it has the data above "Property features & local amenities" added to it. This module has already been configured and works perfect, it just needs to added filter options adding to it. Thank you This job is ONLY for previous jomres developers because the templates have to be carefully edited so they can be updated without overwriting all of your customisation in the future.
