532810 Joomla 1.0 Upgrade

I'm looking for someone well-rounded in Joomla to complete an upgrade to my website from the current Joomla 1.0 version to the current 1.7 version, including upgrade of key components (Media Manager, Virtue Mart, Seyret Music). The original Joomla installation was completed manually in 2008, so I'm unable to do the direct upgrades through my hosting account. The website is for an education nonprofit organization, and the website is www.impossiblepossibilities.org. I'm looking to have the work completed as soon as possible, and I plan to hire an individual before the end of the week. Thank you.
