Joomla Volunteer Manager

Please note: 1) This project is at the estimating stage only. 2) This project is very similar to a different project posted by another individual, which gave me the idea to post the job here. 3) Thank you in advance for your proposal. I am proposing a new Joomla 2.5 site that I will build. The site will need a component developed, as described: Joomla Volunteer Sign-up / Manager 1) Volunteers come to site and register, providing name, contact information, etc. They are sent an email verification link to verify their account for verification. Registration is approved by Admin. 2) Volunteers are presented with index of 60 responsibilities/positions (possibly in categories) to choose from. They may sign themselves up for as many positions as they want for an event that lasts 11 days. There are 3 shifts per day. 3) I need the ability to fully edit the 60 positions. 4) Optionally, we may want to offer visitors to display the volunteer openings by DAY (eleven days) or by POSITION (60 positions). 5) Volunteers can sign back in to view and change their schedule. 6) Manager can log in and see the entire schedule, including what positions are filled and not filled. 7) Need a way to export the data in Excel format for the Manager to download. 8) Administrators will have volunteer and event management tools to: confirm volunteer accounts add date of volunteer's training add / remove volunteers to / from events add / edit future and past event details (date / time / title / number of volunteers required / notes) view event volunteer lists Thank you!
