Creating PDF with PHP DomPDF & send out email and sms alerts

Dear PHP / MySQL coders, From MySQL database, you will pull out certain data to fill template and create pdf document using dompdf for downloading and printing. Resulting pdf file must have proper formatting. Each pdf file created must have its unique id filename and a copy is to be saved in its own folder. Template will be given as word doc file which you will need to format properly to use with dompdf. You will also need to code an alert program to automatically send out email alerts and and sms alerts when certain data in MySQL hits its trigger point. SMS recipients are in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia. Therefore you must be able to work with and recommend suitable sms service providers. Upon your recommendation, I will load up the sms service provider with some money so that you can test your codes. You have to host your program on a Linux platform first to make sure it works. Then you are to provide all source files and codes and instruction to upload onto my host server for final testing and debugging if any.
