Magento: Creating product options, based on a yes/no field

I'd like someone to work on a solution for me I have a magneto website, with products, and want to offer additional related products based on a yes/no choice by the users, In a simple example, A user selects a camera , if the user then selects YES from a “Show camera accessories” dropdown I’d like them to then be offered a set of drop downs offering choice of accessories, e.g batteries , case etc.. on that very page Can this be implemented using the core magento functionality ? Is there a simple extension or module that achieves this?
