376525 Simple New Link Generator

Ok, this should be pretty simple. I need to take a link like this http://xxxxxxx/[login to view URL] ( this is part of some embed code i have that I can send you ) and have it spit out a new page with a simple # change of 37070 etc,etc .... So anytimes someone hit say a "create link/newpage" it would spit out a new page with the new embed code along with the new # .... ask questions! need asap!
