Successful freelancer will be based on price and tech ability. We have a label printer attached to our PC via USB. we want to print stock labels which have the stock code, item description, inner quantity and outer quantity. We want to be able to type in the stock code, the quantities and for it to automatically print on the label printer the details above. We have all of our Stock codes and descriptions on an excel sheet at the moment. There are a total of around 4000 stock codes altogether. It needs to be a simple program you open and type the stock code, quantity and click print. On the label will display, stock code, description an d quantity.

I can do this. I can create you a system in which you can enter new codes too and current will be transfer to excel sheet. I have over 6+ years of experience in php, mysql, css, facebook apps etc. I have created a system of printing bar-codes. But you have to set your printer as auto or select print to print.
