Build "Tweet to all" script.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to develop a simple script for me, Where i can write a tweet and tweet it to all people in twitter search result. For example see this page: [login to view URL] So after i make search for a specific word and see all the result "People/users". Then i want a script where i can tweet automatically one tweet to all without the need to tweet for each one separately like this: [login to view URL]
