PHP expert to improve a facebook app repost

Need a php expert to maintain/improve a facebook application that can browse profiles Folder2: Browse profiles (2nd menu folder) -Display a "ONLINE" over picture(left) if user online last 15 min -Under picture this text is displayed: "44href7#1 #3". #1 is replaced by current picture, #3 by total pictures (from [login to view URL] = [current user] -The font size when clicking folder2 is different when clicking the other folders. Also header must not move at all clicking through folders -scrolling users must keep all fields static placed on screen. also if no pictures etc...
