157825 Sugarcrm development

We are currently developing a commercial Real Estate System using SugarCrm as the core to the project. There are a variety of areas in which we will need to call upon the skills of experienced Programmers. The First Area we are interested in being developed is the matching projects and accounts. We are currently entering buyers and sellers in accounts, the property details into Projects, and making the accounts into Opportunities with criteria such as property type, location price etc. What we need to be added for phase one is the following From the Opportunities we need to be able to search and select Projects with the following criteria Commercial Type: Wild card & multiple select Price: = Max price - Defaulting to infinite Country Wild card & multiple select Ability to select and print a summary of projects displaying name & summary (description in English & Spanish these are fields we have added) Ability to email documents stored in Zucker DOCS Display the ID for Projects Accounts Contacts An idea of price would be appriciated, and we can supply any serious bidder with access to the system to see the structure so far. We are interested in this project beeing started ASAP. There will also be more development in the future as our client is being up this system
