WordPress simple booking plugin -- 2

I need a company or freelancer who will create online booking plugin for me as simple as possible. It should work like this: Client: 1) Client chooses wich appartment he wants (3 available). 2) Client chooses date (he has to see which dates are available). I need some sugesstions from you what would be the simplest for this step, couse a datepicker with colored available/unavailable terms might be litlle bit too complex. 1 day = XX€, client chooses 7 days = 7 x XX€ 3) Client enters his Name, Surname, Email - All fields required 4) Client makes payment on my PayPal account (as simple as it can get) 5) This date client booked is no longer available for other clients Admin panel: 1) Admin sees a list of payments (Name, Surname, Email, Choosen date, Amount payed) - should be in a plain simple table 2) Admin can change appartments availability on all 3 appartments - wen changed in admin panel, it changes accordingly on website 3) Admin can change the price - wen changed in admin panel, it changes accordingly on website And thats it no extra code or functionalities, simplicity is really important here... Freelancer can not use advancet PHP coding. Everything has to be simple and explained really good with comments, almost every line of code. I dont know PHP and i need this plugin so i understand how it works, so consider this as some kind of tutorial for me. I need someone with really good teaching skills so you can explain (with comments) what each line of code does, how it does it and why is it there, really simple. You will also need to provide database table structure so you can explain how data gets saved and where. Also from where does data get retrieved. Structure needs to have PK and relations, example: [login to view URL] Expect that after you deliver project with all the comments and explanations that i will have some questions. Plugin has to work with newest version of Wordpress, 3.9.1 I need this plugin 2 days after i choose a freelancer
