Affiliate Management System

I need an affiliate management system for my website. Current i do not have any digital product to sell. The only product im selling is a physical product where affiliates are promoting a preview for one of the course. This physical product is totally free and as most of the affiliate management do have a payment processor and doesn't allow me to have some information send to my affiliates, i need the following flow. Affiliate A sign up my site to become an affiliate so that he/she could get an affiliate link to promote my 'preview of a course'. Affiliate A promote using his affiliate link and Person A signs under his link since he wants to come for the preview. He fills up his name, email address and contact number and hit 'enter' and is brought to a thank you page. Affiliate A and me(owner of the site) will receive all information keyed in by the Person A. The system should able to send the info to us stating that someone has signed under the affiliate. I have attached the file and will describe more details for some of the following features.
