Need a Crawler and paghe generation software/script

Hi, I need to have a small software/script made where 1st - Automatic Keyword Generation In this module, we will enter a list of keywords (2 words phrases like best buy or travel guide or canada embassy) and this tool has to generate the maximum possible combinations for the given keyword. These combinations are available on google under the keyword tool. How does we want to have this tool working is. The keyword should search in this box. We should have the option of “check or Uncheck” the “Use synonyms” thing. Other options on this page will remain by default. So, when we search the keyword, say “degree”, and press “ Get more keywords” , it will show the following page. (attached gg-2) Now from this page – we want to extract the results that are given in the right hand side and should be saved in excel file. These set of excel files will be uploaded in a separate folder and which will have all the possible combination for that single keyword. When we are done with the generation of these keywords and say final, the tool should be able to remoive the duplicate keywords from these files commulatively. Any of the file should not contain any keyword, that is in another file. This module will give these excel files as the output. Now we need to generate the pages for all these keywords that google has give us. The Keywords that we have put will be the folder name and the keywords that google has given for all of those keywords will be the file name/URL of the generated page. The keywords that we will define what pages need to be generate according to the generated keywords. 2nd - Automatic page and url Generation This module use the keyword excel file from the 1st module and search for the each keyword on the search engine (say MSN) and find out the available search results , capture them, and create a well formatted page with the searched keyword as file name. This all process will go on linux and will use url rewriting for all page names. the generates page will also have the title and meta tags as provided by us on template basis, which will be changed according to the search keyword. Sample - 1 keyword is - india tours tool find these possible combination - india tour, India tour travel, india travel tour, India tour guide and so on.... the url structure will be [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We do not want the saparate HTML pages for the Keywords. The files can be PHp etc but the URl displayed will not have any special character in the url bar and it shouod show as HTML expension via URL rewritiung. Our budget for this is approx USD 300. Somebody who knows the extraction etc, its pretty easy for him.
