83378 e-gold mlm matrix program

I will include all the details of the program I need below. Here are the specs: -$*.** per month per position. A member may purchase an unlimited number of positions. If multiple positions are purchased at once, they have the choice to place the positions consecutively (each in the next available position of the sponsor, with the sponsor getting the bonus for each position), or non-consecutively (their sponsor will only receive the bonus for their first position, all other positions will fill in under the new member with the new member receiving the bonus for all positions except the first). -2x11 single matrix program (commission for every member in their downline down to 11 levels) -spill over positions fill in the next available spot in the matrix (in the downline of the sponsor) -Each position receives a commission of $*.**/month for everyone in their downline. -Bonus commission of $*.**/month for every personally sponsored member. -Ability for me to add new members and waive payment (count of total free positions given away) -Script that will allow a variable (with me able to set it as needed) number of page view to give away a free position by clicking a link. For example, for every 10,000 page views to any page with the script, the a link will be displayed. If clicked on, the viewer of that page will receive a free position with the sponsor being whoevers replicated page it was viewed from. *Let me know if this is clear -automatic e-gold payouts after verification of funds in e-gold account monthly. I want the system to verify, or at least allow a manual verification of funds in the funding e-gold account so that there is enough to payout to all members. -minimum payment to be set at $2 initially (members should be able to set this amount higher if they wish). -automatic e-gold or paypal payments. member to pay any fees. may pay monthly w/ automatically recurring payments via paypal (e-gold also if able, but I don't think e-gold has this option, do they?)or yearly with any payment -monthly payments to be taken out of commissions when possible. If a member is making enough to cover their monthly payment, they will not be billed for that month and it will instead be taken out of commissions. -automatic mailing confirming that their position is paid for (that they have enough people in their downline to cover all of their costs for all positions. (Template driven so that I can add any extra info) -commission/downline reports for all members. Each position should only be able to see their personal sponsor and their 2 x 11 matrix numbers (no names/emails included). Manager to be able to see any report with names, ID's, emails included for entire matrix. -Manager to have a report of number of personally sponsored for each person sorted by date, ID, or number. Sorted by date so that I can view how many people were sponsored in a given month by each member (in order of ID or how many they sponsored). I want to be able to give away a prize to people who sponsor the most within a given amount of time. -newsletter mailing to entire downline for the manager (template driven) -multiple automatic replicating pages (template driven) -multiple member's only pages (template driven) -member count and position count
