45863 Ongoing individual tech help

Hello Scriplancers, I need your help, this week and much longer. Well I have to admit it, I am not a techie ( but not a Dummy either!). I am a marketer! I have a few sites (and much more in the coming months). I am tired of asking friends about tech advices, I want to pay and get quality tech advices/support whenever I need it. There is enought in my brain without having to take time to learn about the constant evolving technology. Examples of questions/advices/tech help I could ask you: I need to move a website from one host to another host. I need to understand the directories/framework on this server. I need to protect this site I need to install this script I nedd to have this type of script develop, advices. I am looking for this type of script. I need help to customize Wordpress/Bolgger/Drupal etc. So here is the deal I would like to do with you: I need someone that is very knowledgeable about asp / html / cgi / perl / script installation / javascript /blogging and some SEO knowledge. Extra skills would be a plus. If you are "weak" in any of the required skills, please let me know BEFORE in the PMB. I am not looking for a Nobel Prize in all those skills...but an excellent generalist. I want to have access to the choosen frelancer by email but also Yahoo Messenger. My time zone is GMT -5 hours , which is the same as New York. I need to know before if you have day/time limitation. Basically, I want to know if it's easy to chat with you when I need it. I need to know your hourly rate. I want to calculate by 5 minutes incremental billing. This means that as soon as we are communicating on Yahoo Messenger, the min. is 5 minutes. Of course, the maximum will be the time chatting together. I am not expecting to pay if you have to do research on your own to find my answers because I do not need a newbie, so I am expecting you to have the answers most of the time. If research is required, we will simply have to agree of the time required BEFORE so their won't be any surprises. I want to relationship to be fair for you and me. I pay when I need you and you get paid for helping me, simple. Initially, we will do a one "hour test". When completed, I will pay you for that hour. Assuming that everything went ok for both of us, we will keep that format. I "page you" when I need you, and when we cumulate an hour, I pay you. Some weeks I could need you for 10 minutes, some weeks nothing, and some weeks 1 hour. Or if I want to have a new script develop and you have the skills, we could very well come to an agreement for that specific project. I can't make prediction but let's just say that I am moving toward a full-time income online, so the needs for tech help will grow. I want to deal with an "individual" or duo/trio but not a big group of freelancers with a "dispatcher". This would not make sense for my needs. Your English has to be very good. Honesty/integrity/confidentiality are an absolute must! I would really like this new relationship to last long time. I need this and we could make it a win-win. We will get to know virtually each other and I would like to become your "regular client". So go ahead, place your hourly bid, and tell me in PMB if you have the skills that I need.
