Business Mgmnt/Shipment Tracking System

I am looking for a business management and shipment tracking system, and will also pay for future developments if the project is done well. This would include a client relationship manager (contact info, logs, pipeline), an online marketplace with business accounts (buyers) and supplier accounts (sellers w/profile and the ability to list goods/services for sale), a price comparison database with carrier accounts (shippers who offer shipping routes and can update prices), a shipment tracking system (where carriers, suppliers or the master account can update shipment status which is reflected in the business account), an accounting system (where charges/payments can be managed and reflected in the respective customer accounts), and a master account for me to access and search, view, and edit all areas of the system. The goal is to create an online system which allows Businesses to purchase goods from Suppliers in the Go Global marketplace and use our company GGL for the shipping, which will be contracted out to various Carriers. It should be integrated into my website, and I would also like some basic web design to match the page to the system. The system will allow RFQs, invoice generation, auto-notifications, searches, bidding, etc. The bidding system allows Businesses to get the lowest price for goods from Suppliers, and GGL to get the lowest bid for shipping from Carriers. It will also interlink all accounts to provide tracking, shipment information, bid requests, RFQ's, invoicing, and accounting to all users. The back end will have both an automatic and a manual way to assign RFQs to Suppliers and shipments to Carriers, a CRM system, comparative shipping database, shipment tracking system, statistics, and a total view of all account activity. See attached relationship map and flow chart (PDF). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The system should be web based and accessible by any user with any internet browser.
